Refunds and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Client
- Project Initiation: If you cancel a project after signing the agreement but before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
- Work in Progress: If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for the time and resources expended up to the point of cancellation. The amount will be calculated based on the hourly rate or project milestones outlined in the agreement. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded, less the cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation by Graphyos
- Due to Breach: Graphyos reserves the right to cancel a project agreement if the client breaches the terms and conditions, including failure to provide necessary materials or make timely payments.
- Inability to Perform: In rare cases, Graphyos may need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to perform the agreed-upon services. In such cases, a full refund of any payments will be provided.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Dissatisfaction: Refunds based on dissatisfaction with the creative direction or design are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to working with our clients to achieve satisfactory results, and we encourage open communication and feedback throughout the project.
- SEO and Marketing Results: Due to the nature of SEO and marketing services, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as website rankings or sales increases. Therefore, refunds are not typically issued based on performance metrics.
- Third-Party Costs: Refunds do not cover any third-party costs incurred, such as advertising spend, stock photos, or software licenses.
4. Refund Process
- Request Submission: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@graphyos.com.
- Review: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and a determination will be made based on the circumstances and the terms outlined in this policy.
- Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
5. Modification of Services
If, during the course of the project, you wish to change the scope of services, we will provide a revised quotation. No refunds will be issued for completed work if the project direction changes mid-stream.
6. No Guarantees on Certain Services
For services like SEO and digital marketing, where results depend on external factors (e.g., search engine algorithms, competitor activities), Graphyos does not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds are not issued based on performance metrics.
